Need Encryption Method for UserName in Chat

Hello,

I have integrated video chat in my website. We want to update username in our system. But in Video chat, we are getting username in encrypted format. So we can't recognize username. We want to list out username, So we need decryption key or method. So we can recognize username from chat script. Please provide us detail ASAP.
