Which Hosting?

While SVC works on hostgator and bluehost, both of these hosting do not allow any streaming or videochat on their shared hosting account. Hostgator only for their VPS, while bluehost not at all.
Any suggestion for a cheap hosting that will allow the use of SVC ?

Use Amazon S3 for the web-service only, the Flash application and HTML can stay on any server (or vice-versa).
