Video image is blurry, I can’t remove the ads.

Video image is blurry. No autofocus. Also, I can’t remove the ads. I paid for the pro version.
-
@musicolie please send a screenshot, we can’t reproduce the issue and had no other reports regarding blurry image (that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening, we just can’t reproduce it). Also, we’re working on the ad-removal (known) issue. Thanks!

I’m also having this issue. It’s super blurry even in the live video.
Also, I can’t upload a screen capture from my phone because your website won’t let me

@mat-ollig please let me know the version of your app (settings, number below avatar):
-
I deleted it out of frustration, but it was the most recent version (I downloaded it today) And I'm using an iPhone 6s Plus
-
@mat-ollig unfortunately I can’t help without the version number as certain features were (are) released during this weekend e.g.:
-
@k redownloaded it, still blurry, and doesn't change regardless of changing the quality settings. 240p looks the same as 720p...
here's the info
1.202.10 b782

@mat-ollig the only thing, I can think of, is low upstream bandwidth as what you’re describing, suggests, the app is lowering the bitrate. Is your Wi-Fi or 4G LTE Internet upstream is fast enough for livestreaming?
Sinething else, YouTube will send you lower bitrate video if your internet has low bandwidth, for example if you’re listening to an online radio and/or watching anything e.g. Netflix, plus the live broadcast you’re sending from your iPhone, may cause a situation where you see low bitrate video that for other viewers is crisp and clear (this is only a scenario, I met before, low upstream is still more likely)
-
@mat-ollig based on your screenshot, the app is sending 720p resolution but with a very low bitrate, if you have the option: Settings > Advanced Settings try this:
-
Nothing in the app shows "advanced settings" just the regular settings
-
@k I have an upload rate via WiFi of 9.18Mbps
-
@mat-ollig at this point I can only suggest to wait a bit, I’ll send you a different version that’s being released in couple days, it’s basically a light version of Live Pro
-
@mat-ollig that upstream should be more than enough 🤔
