Hi, you need to copy the ChatrouletteApp to /usr/local/red5/webapps/ on your server and restart Red5. If you are not familiar with installing and configuring Red5, I recommend to rent a server that offers Red5 hosting. If you still wish to do i yourself, you'll find more info here: http://www.videosoftware.pro/forum/THREAD-Install-Red5-on-cPanel-WHM-CentOS-server seems correct
